50 Voices of Disbelief: Why We Are Atheists

I don't normally self-promote like crazy on this site, but I'll make an exception. :)

The official publication date in the US for 50 Voices of Disbelief: Why We Are Atheists is now 26 October. In practice, the paperback has been available via Amazon for a week or so now, and it also seems to be in (at least some) Barnes & Noble stores.

Still, 26 October is a key official date in the book's life, so it would be a great time for you to make any noise that you're able and planning to make. For those who don't know, we have many high-calibre contributors, including Margaret Downey, Michael Shermer, Susan Blackmore, Peter Singer, Greg Egan, Prabir Ghosh, AC Grayling, James Randi, Ophelia Benson, and on and on.

If you like(ed) what you read, references to the book in blogs or podcasts or local media, or Amazon reviews, or whatever, are always welcome ... but 26 October is a date when you have a good hook. Any positive noises on that day will be SUPER welcome.

Well I can't speak for anyone else but I like it when atheist authors self-promote.

I want to know who they are and support them.

If you're new here you might want to consider joining the Atheist Writers Group

There are other published authors there.

I'll be picking up a copy of your book. It sounds great!

Okay. I can post the link and your comments here to my New Atheism blog a few days before the release date and keep it up for a few days after.

I get a decent amount of traffic there and hopefully others will spread it around.
