Webster Cook and UCF.
I don't know how many of you have seen this, but I definitely wanted to spread it around. From the awesome PZ Myers, http://scienceblogs.com/pharyngula/2008/07/its_a_goddamned_cracker.php
In short, Cook took a cracker from a catholic mass and now could be facing expulsion from a public university. ... That seems bad. and by bad I mean amazingly fucked up. As in "isn't there somewhere in the constitution of the united states that says something against this?" bad.
He has mentioned he would like to get legal help for all of this, including the universities funding of religious organizations on campus. Any trained lawyers out there?

This is the second thing today that I've read and caught myself staring at the screen mouth agape. That's never a good sign. I am hoping nothing else causes me to do that again today. Not today. Twice is enough.
