For once there's something happening in my town. I won't miss it. I live 10 mins from the site.

Maybe so but not having them does the show injustice. Are you saying the Australian event would have been just as successful without them? I highly doubt it.
The Bilingual people will love the show.

Big speakers are so cliche... I've heard many times what they have to say and after some time it becomes boring. Fresh, new perspectives from less known people will educate you more than same old record over and over and over again.

No convention is as fun as AAI convention. Our special comedy night is one of a kind among these conventions. No one entertains you like AAI.

Schedule is out now. Very disappointed.

Fuck Bilingualism! No big speakers! (sorry PZ and Dan, nice that you can at least make it. Dawkins is in Eastern US and so far is not on the list) The big ones will be in LA the next weekend!
